Caught on Tape: Biden’s Promise to Crush Trump’s Return

The Biden administration’s actions against Donald Trump’s possession of classified documents have drawn comparisons to corruption typically associated with third-world dictatorships. During a press conference last November, Joe Biden made a disturbing promise when asked about Trump’s potential return to the White House. Rather than expressing confidence in a fair electoral process, Biden suggested that he would prevent Trump from becoming president again through the government’s power.

This thinly-veiled threat to utilize the federal government’s authority to obstruct Trump’s presidency is deeply concerning. Democrats have already made two unsuccessful attempts at impeachment, and now Trump is facing charges for mishandling classified documents. It is worth noting that both Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden have been involved in similar actions but have seemingly evaded accountability.

Trump’s attorney, Alina Habba, rightly points out that neither Clinton nor Biden obtained these documents while serving as president. Clinton was Secretary of State, while Biden acquired and retained classified documents during his tenure as a senator and vice president. The decision to pursue charges against Trump while turning a blind eye to others highlights the corruption within the system.

Habba further notes that targeting a political opponent in this manner is reminiscent of tactics used in dictatorships such as Cuba and Venezuela. It is common in these regimes for rival candidates to be prosecuted, persecuted, and imprisoned. The fact that Biden openly discussed using the government’s power to obstruct Trump’s potential presidency aligns with the kind of behavior seen in authoritarian regimes.

It is deeply troubling that Biden would make such a statement, indicating a willingness to utilize government power to thwart his political opponents. This contradicts the principles of free and fair elections and raises concerns about the erosion of democratic norms. Instead of expressing faith in the electoral process, Biden hinted at using the government’s might to prevent Trump from assuming office.

This revelation should give everyone pause. It underscores the importance of upholding the principles of democracy, protecting the rights of political opponents, and ensuring that the government does not abuse its power to stifle dissenting voices. Such actions are antithetical to the values upon which the United States was founded.
